An extensive renovation of a 1920s cottage on the Long Island Sound. The exterior massing and detailing of the 10,000 s.f. renovation and addition generally reflect the Dutch Colonial design of the original building. Interior details and materials reflect the specific interests, travels and character of the NYC client. New elements added to the house include lap pool and changing rooms, new sea wall, sauna, guest rooms, third floor dormers, sleeping porches and veranda.

RHBPC continues responsibility for some construction consultation with the full-time construction manager on-site.
