This project involved an extensive renovation and 1,200 s.f. addition to a 5,100 s.f. house in Palm Beach, Florida. The home’s new front entrance opens to a spacious front hall with a cathedral ceiling and a grand staircase. On either side of the generous master suite, the home’s new second-floor “wings” provide spectacular Atlantic Ocean views and covered outdoor space adjacent to the pool. A pau-lope wood boardwalk incorporates a pleasant walkway connector between the house and the beach. The final project blends nicely into the local landscape and provides a wonderful connection to the beachfront landscape.
