RHBPC designed a new residence for a family in Bedford, NY. The new 10,000 s.f. cottage-style residence is situated on a dramatic 19-acre site with dense forest, meadow and rock outcrops. Originally intended as a renovation, the new house is set on the site of a previously existing house. The unique angle in the plan is a result of this initial planning intention.
