RHBPC provided the master planning and design for the proposed development and continues to work with the Town to develop the design guidelines for a forth-coming Request for Proposals to be issued jointly by the Town and MNR.  The plan calls for nearly 250,000 square feet of new development on the 3.3-acre parcel on Halstead Avenue.  The site currently serves as commuter parking in surface lots.
