RHBPC has participated in several RFP competitions for the existing 3.9-acre parking lot site at the commuter railroad station in the Village of Harrison. The proposal currently under review by the Village includes approximately 250,000 square feet of development including hotel, condos, and some street-level retail. Also part of the proposal is a 420-space parking garage intended for commuters.
