The firm of Richard Henry Behr Architect, PC (RHBPC) provides students with a unique learning opportunity fitting all areas of study in architecture. As an integral part of a small office, students will be given a variety of responsibilities on a wide range of projects from small, upscale residential additions, to new estate homes, to large residential developments, to university master plans. Responsibilities may include project coordination, schematic master plan implementation, field documentation, construction drawings, and construction management. Students may be exposed to projects at various stages of development, including initial client meetings, documentation of field and legal conditions, schematic design, approvals, environmental impacts, design development, construction drawings, construction and post-construction. Our office is a casual work environment where every member of the team is essential and highly motivated. RHBPC constantly seeks interns who learn quickly, ask good questions, and aspire to high standards of production and conduct.
