RHBPC diligently maintains a diverse portfolio of projects including a variety of types and sizes.  Our active pursuit of interesting and challenging projects from different markets and building types allows us to bring a unique viewpoint to each project based on our experience from other areas of design and planning. 
 
Master Planning

RHBPC advocates for a master planning approach for all projects, large and small, in order to fully realize the ambitions of the client, and to better pave the way for future projects on the site. 
 
Iteration

RHBPC is committed to an iterative design approach to all projects, relying on the input of the client to fully activate the project.  Each project (residential and commercial) begins with a thorough review of constraints and opportunities.  These parameters, mixed with the needs of the client, are combined into 2-3 design and planning options.  Options explore a range of possibilities available to the client, from the most basic to elaborate in order to challenge the basic assumptions of and demonstrate the full potential of a project.
