Responding to an RFQ (Request for Qualifications), RHBPC was selected to plan a new extension of the existing community of New Seabury. This “neighborhood” of luxury single- and multi-family buildings includes over 200,000 s.f. of saleable residential space fronting on the New Seabury Golf Course (single-family) or Nantucket Sound. Site amenities include spectacular views of Nantucket Sound, a short walk to the first tee, walking trails, pool, pool house, and gate house.

RHBPC is currently preparing to move into design development.
