RHBPC developed a master plan for a 7.05 acre in-fill site as part of a much larger ocean-front development called New Seabury. The final plan supported both multi-family flats buildings (facing the ocean) and single-family residences.

Currently in construction, RHBPC designed the three model homes that will eventually fill in the 7 building sites along the first fairway of New Seabury’s Ocean Golf Course. Each home features first and second floor Master Suites and averages 4,000 s.f.
