RHBPC was engaged to renovate an existing waterfront retreat in the Town of Southold on the North Fork of Long Island.  The client, for whom the firm has worked on several projects, wanted to update a generic looking cottage to a more engaging shingle-style retreat.  The project is currently in
approvals, ready to start construction.
