Our report includes documentation of existing exterior elements including brick masonry, terra cotta masonry, window and roof systems and the conditions of each respectively. Vital structural elements were analyzed and recommendations for necessary maintenance and historic preservation measures are incorporated. The concluded results of this report are sufficient for the Village of Irvington’s use in “Phase II” of this project, preparation of construction documents and specifications.
