This preliminary conceptual proposal is being developed at the Heathcote Five Corners in Scarsdale, New York. The proposal includes 24 age-restricted, 2-bedroom units in the heart of a shopping and services district. The project includes two subsurface levels that would accommodate parking for the residential units and existing restaurant and office space
on the site, and is set back from the street with a landscaped courtyard and street plantings. The architecture and massing reflect the historic character of the buildings at the Five Corners and Village Center.

The project is currently in the very first phases of public presentation and comment in the community. We welcome your comments.
